At Lifeeazy, we are committed to providing a seamless healthcare experience. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction while adhering to applicable regulations.
Before Dispatch: Customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched. A full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
After Dispatch: Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. However, you may be eligible for a return/refund as per our return policy.
Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with the invoice. Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. Perishable, temperature-sensitive, or personalized medicines cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process: If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after verification. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit.
Shipping and convenience fees are non-refundable, unless due to Lifeeazy’s error.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with images.
A replacement or refund will be processed after verification.
For subscription-based services, cancellations can be made before the next billing cycle.
No refunds for partially used subscription periods.
